Nguyen Quang Vinh

Joining VCCI since 1992, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh has had 22 years of management experience in international relations and business sustainable development, during which Vinh devoted his career path to VCCI’s International Relations Department for 13 years, being responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners and networks with individuals and organisations. He participated in the establishment of the Office for Business Sustainable Development (SDforB) of VCCI in 2006, the Global Compact Vietnam Network (GCVN) in 2007 and Vietnam Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD) in 2010.

Currently he is the Director General of the SDforB, General Secretary of VBCSD and Deputy Secretary General of VCCI.

Vinh graduated from the National Economics University, Finance & Banking Department and completed his MBA in International Business and Export Management in 1998 from Cass Business School, London, UK.

Jeann Low

Group Chief Corporate Officer, Singtel

Ms Jeann Low, 55, was appointed Group Chief Corporate Officer on 10 April 2015. She is responsible for the Group’s corporate functions including strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications, legal, regulatory and procurement. Jeann was the Group Chief Financial Officer from September 2008, overseeing the Group’s financial affairs, including corporate finance, treasury and capital management and investor relations.

Jeann joined Singtel in October 1998 as the Group Financial Controller. On 16 November 2004, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Strategic Investments, managing the Group’s international investments, and was appointed CFO of Optus on 1 February 2006. Prior to Singtel, Jeann worked in the Singapore and London practices of an international accounting firm and thereafter at a public listed electronics company in Singapore.
Jeann is a member of the Governing Board of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. She is also a Director of Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited and was a Council Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants from April 2010 to April 2014.
She holds an Honours Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.

Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet

Chairman, Global Compact Network Myanmar

National Contact Point: OECD Responsible Business Conduct

Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet is the Vice-Chairman of the President’s National Economic and Social Advisory Council, member of the Myanmar Investment Commission, Advisor of Union of Myanmar Federation of Commerce and Industries and a member of Myanmar Press Council.

Aung Tun Thet also chairs the UN Global Compact Local Network of Myanmar and is the National Contact Person for Responsible Business Conduct of the Myanmar OECD. His other roles include as the Visiting Professor, to Yangon Institute of Economics; Yangon University as well as the National Defence College.

Prior, Aung Tun Thet held various positions including Principal Officer of the UN System Staff College, Turin, Italy (2000 – 2008), Senior Policy Advisor of UNICEF in New York, Dhaka and Bangkok (1992 – 2000). He was Director-General of the Ministry of Health (1989 - 1992) and Faculty Member of the Institute of Economics, Yangon (1966-1989).
