To prepare for the next five (5) years, the ASEAN CSR Network (ACN) conducted an internal planning meeting on 10-11 October 2017 at the Amara Hotel in Singapore. The objective of the meeting is to develop a strategic plan for the years 2018-2022, perceived as critical years in ACN's expanding work that demands greater exposure and impact.
ACN’s CEO Mr. Thomas Thomas visited the Copenhagen Business School on 20 October 2017, where he delivered a talk on CSR and corruption in ASEAN.
ACN had a special participation was at the World Forum for a Responsible Economy in Lille, France on 17-19 October 2017; reportedly attended by around 5,000 participants.
ACN teamed up with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Malaysia and the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) for a seminar in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia on 3 October 2017.
