ACN gears up for the future at Strategy Meeting
To prepare for the next five (5) years, the ASEAN CSR Network (ACN) conducted an internal planning meeting on 10-11 October 2017 at the Amara Hotel in Singapore. The objective of the meeting is to develop a strategic plan for the years 2018-2022, perceived as critical years in ACN's expanding work that demands greater exposure and impact.
Led by ACN’s CEO Thomas Thomas, the participants of the meeting were the ACN Secretariat, network members, and partners.
The workshop-type discussions were facilitated by Ms Kirsi Salonen, who guided the group in making ACN’s Theory of Change.
In addition, Ms Luisa Murphy of the Copenhagen Business School presented the initial findings of her research on CSR to the group.
The outcome of the planning meeting are initial plans for the strategic direction of ACN, which are vital in the formation and thematic alignment of ACN’s programmes in the following years.
