Yolanda Banks, Senior Advisor, Corporate Social Responsibility
Yolanda Banks is Senior Advisor (Corporate Social Responsibility) at Export Development Canada (EDC), Canada’s export credit agency. She is responsible for CSR reporting, transactional reviews and management of stakeholder relations with non-governmental entities.
She serves on the board of the Trade Facilitation Office and as a member of the Management Advisory Board of the Canadian Business Ethics Research Network (CBERN). She was previously part of Canada’s delegation to the International Standards Organization Working Group on Social Responsibility (ISO 26000).
Before EDC, Ms. Banks was with the Canadian International Development Agency and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada with postings in London, Dhaka, Addis Ababa, with cross-accreditations to Myanmar and Sudan.
