Debora Tjandrakusuma joined Nestlé Indonesia in 1986, and has been building her career and expertise in Nestlé Group in the area of Legal and Corporate Affairs that covers also corporate social responsibility and sustainability.

In 2003 – 2006 she was assigned at the headquarter of the Nestlé Group in Vevey, Switzerland in Public Affairs function and her responsibility covers the area of human rights, commodity issues and  sustainability.  Upon her return to Nestlé Indonesia, she has been assigned to lead the Legal & Corporate Affairs function, and her area of responsibility covers corporate communication, government & community relations, legal and Creating Shared Value activities of Nestlé in Indonesia.

Debora has a bachelor and master degrees in law from University of Indonesia.
