Sandiaga Uno, CEO (Saratoga Investma Sedaya), Director (Adaro Energy, Provident Agro and Interra Resources, Indonesia)
In partnership with Edwin Soeryadjaya, Sandiaga Uno co-founded the investment firm Saratoga Investama Sedaya (SIS) in 1998. His business grows and even wins shares in other prominent companies, including one of the largest coal mining company in Indonesia - Adaro Energy, and the plantation company Provident Agro.
Sandiaga is also the Deputy Chairman and a controlling shareholder of Interra Resources. Within Interra Resources, he serves as a member of the Audit Committee, the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Sandiaga once chaired the Association of Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs (HIPMI) and is currently a member of the National Economic Committee (KEN).
He is also active in campaigning for a better Indonesia through “Indonesia Setara”, a movement that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship and work ethics.
He graduated from Wichita State University (USA).
