About Responsible Business Forum
The creation of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) by end 2015 is expected to bring numerous benefits such as free movement of goods and labour, greater intra-ASEAN investment and trade. Yet with the positives from a single market and production base, negative impacts can also arise. Issues such as widened income gaps, worsened corruption, human rights abuses and increased environmental degradation can put vulnerable groups at risk.
These issues must be tackled and resolved within a multi-stakeholder cooperation model. Hence, it is imperative for governments, civil society and businesses to work together to strongly encourage the adoption and implementation of responsible business practices or corporate social responsibility (CSR) in achieving sustainable economic growth.
In its efforts to bring together relevant stakeholders to achieve this goal, ASEAN CSR Network is organising the ASEAN Responsible Business Forum, a high-level regional platform for governments, the private sector and civil society to connect with and advance responsible business practices and partnerships.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS:
An additional 10% discount off the applicable rate can be availed by the following:

- Member companies of Forum Supporting Partners
- ASEAN-related bodies and organizations
- NGOs and Civil Society Groups (subject to discretion of ACN)
The final discounted price will be reflected in the Registration Form (see below). Make sure to reflect the information in your Online Registration Form.
STEP 1:
Fill in the Online Registration Form
(Note: if you have any problems accessing the Online Registration Form, send an email to ester@asean-csr-network.org)
STEP 2:
a. Payment made by Cheque or Bank Transfer
Upon completion of the Registration Form, a payment invoice reflecting the applicable rate will be sent to you via email within 1 to 3 working days. Upon issuance of invoice, payment must be made within 10 working days in order to retain the applicable rate. Relevant details will be provided in the invoice.
b. Payment made by PayPal
Upon completion of the Registration Form, it will direct you to the PayPal transaction.
For any concerns, simply email ester@asean-csr-network.org and we will help you find the best solution.
STEP 3:
An official receipt will be issued by ACN upon confirmation of receipt of payment and sent via email. You are now officially registered for the Forum.

NOTES:
- All fees collected by ACN will be related to participation in the Forum and side events only. Hotel accommodations, flight tickets and other travel-related costs are to be arranged and borne directly by the participants, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
- Please note that limited slots are available and as a general principle they will be booked on a “first to register” basis. However, ACN reserves the right to refuse registration at its own discretion.
- Once registration has been made and payment accepted, there will be no refunds allowed. Substitution may be allowed as long as the request is made at least 1 week prior to Forum, latest by 19 October 2015.
