Module 3 of the ASEAN CSR Fellowship will convene in Yangon, Myanmar, from 1-5 Oct 2018.
The learning objective of this third and final module is to deepen the Fellow’s understanding of CSR’s applicability across ASEAN by exploring familiar themes of corporate governance and responsible business in one of ASEAN’s fastest-growing emerging economies. The Fellows will learn about government-driven initiatives, namely the Thilawa Special Economic Zone, as well as the role of the private sector in ensuring sustainable economic growth. Drawing on feedback from the Fellows on Module 2, this module will also feature more interaction with local community stakeholders and a workshop on Design Thinking to better prepare the Fellows to create their own CSR programs in future.
Among notable speakers for this module are:
- HE Vanessa Chan, Ambassador to Myanmar, Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs
