Responsible Business Forum on Sustainable Development, 11-12 October 2018, Singapore

The Responsible Business Forum (RBF) on Sustainable Development in Singapore will be the largest gathering on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Asia Pacific region with more than 700 international delegates from governments, civil society and businesses.

The format of the Forum has been transformed in order to move beyond the theory and articulate clear pathways to achieving the Goals. At the end of the forum, delegates will deliver tangible solutions across five areas critical to the attainment of the SDGs: Climate action, Urbanisation, Circular economy, Human rights and Food & nutrition.

Roundtable on Optimising Human Capital Potential through Workplace Gender Parity, 9 October 2018, Singapore

Our Programme Director, Ms Lynda Lim, will be sharing on Raising the Bar on Gender Equity in Workplace and moderating the panel discussion.

ASEAN CSR Fellowship 2018 - Module 3, 1-5 October 2018, Myanmar

Module 3 of the ASEAN CSR Fellowship will convene in Yangon, Myanmar, from 1-5 Oct 2018.

The learning objective of this third and final module is to deepen the Fellow’s understanding of CSR’s applicability across ASEAN by exploring familiar themes of corporate governance and responsible business in one of ASEAN’s fastest-growing emerging economies. The Fellows will learn about government-driven initiatives, namely the Thilawa Special Economic Zone, as well as the role of the private sector in ensuring sustainable economic growth. Drawing on feedback from the Fellows on Module 2, this module will also feature more interaction with local community stakeholders and a workshop on Design Thinking to better prepare the Fellows to create their own CSR programs in future.
