The Thai Ministry of Labour recently organised a workshop from 9-11 March in Bangkok to draft an ASEAN CSR Model on Labour. Mr. Thomas Thomas, CEO of ASEAN CSR Network, was present, together with representatives from the ASEAN Member States. Also present was International Labour Organisation representative, Mr. Charles Bodwell, ASEAN secretariat representative Ms Mega Irena. 

The workshop was arranged to develop directions to implement the CSR Model on Labour as a mechanism to strengthen trade within the ASEAN region, and to improve trade competitiveness in the global arena.
