The ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ABAC) and its Joint Business Council, in which the ASEAN CSR Network is represented, sent ASEAN Leaders 225 recommendations to address the covid-19 crisis and to build back better after the crisis. 

Its main recommendation was to set up the ASEAN High Level Special Commission (AHLSC), supported by the Special Business Advisory Board (SBAB) to be set up by ABAC with the aim to prioritize, detail and implement the 225 proposals and others (such as those contained in the ASEAN Hanoi Plan of Action).  So far not all Member States have supported the recommendations.

Among the recommendations were to support the responsible and inclusive business agenda and to resource and support ARAIBA. We are working on implementing the recommendations.
