To commemorate Human Rights Day this year, the EU Embassy in Singapore chose to highlight Business & Human Rights as a key topic. The event was held on 18 December 2017 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore.

H.E. Ms Barbara Plinkert, Ambassador of the EU to Singapore, gave the Opening Remarks, before companies and civil society organisations shared their experiences on furthering the issue in the region.

ACN CEO Mr. Thomas Thomas also delivered a speech on the topic of CSR practices in Asia, and business and human rights in ASEAN.
