ACN’s CEO Mr. Thomas Thomas participated in the ASETUC Regional Workshop to Promote ASEAN Guidelines for CSR on Labour, which was held on 4 -5 September 2017 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Mr. Thomas delivered the Keynote Address for the session entitled "The ASEAN Guidelines on CSR for Labour: How can the Tripartite Partners Cooperate to achieve the ideals of the Guidelines for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth?"

The ASEAN Guidelines for CSR on Labour refers to the document that was adopted at the 24th ASEAN Labour Ministers Meeting in Lao. It provides guidelines for the governments, enterprises/establishments, and employers’, workers’ organisations and trade unions in the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
